Measure from your shoulder to your waist. Your waist is located four fingers beneath your belly button

(B) CHEST WIDTH

Measure around your chest beneath your armpits and inline with your nipple. Make sure the tape is level all the way around.

Sizes can vary, please allow 2-3 centimeters because they are measured by hand.
